Well by walking my 3.2 miles 4 to 5 nights a week. Watching my portions & journaling. The journaling I really need to work on..
3:What program are you following?
I was doing Jenny Craig for a while, but now I am back to WW.
Jenny Craig is also a fantastic program, but for me way to costly
4:Advice to others?
One Day at A time, One Step at a time.. Nothing comes easy. It takes work & dedication.

1. I want to lose weight so I can feel better and be healthy
Also, so I can wear nice clothes and feel good.
2. I will reach my goal by committing to my exercise and water. I know this will work for me.
3. I am following Weight Watchers. I know it works. I’ve done it before and can do it again.
4. Advice: Well, the only advice I can give is that when you really really want it bad enough and are mentally ready, it will happen!

I think if you can cut your meals in half,eat lots of vegetables and fruits,and I heard Special K cereal is really good for losing weight.You can eat it twice a day .I know a lady thats what she's been doing and it really worked for her.

To be healthier...to feel better about myself! and we are going south... and I want to fit in a bathing suit!!
2:HOW WILL YOU REACH YOUR GOAL?
I am working with the WW books... I didn't join but have all the stuff. I did loose 30 lbs on ww about 6 years ago and only gained back 15 lbs since then. WW really works and it's easier to maintain after cause you are changing you way of eating... I will also exercise at least 3 days a week and start running again in the spring... I can't run in snow!
3:WHAT PROGRAM ARE YOU FOLLOWING? WW
4:ADVICE TO PASS ON TO OTHERS?
Keep it simple. If you try to make fancy recipes and try to make it too complicated you will have a tendency not to stick to it!!! I made myself a little book with 3 or 4 easy meals that I like for each meals... and with the point value... so if I don't feel like making breakfast.. I just pick in one of does easy choice (toast, cereal, pita pizza, fat free hotdogs). I do make sure that I have all my fruits and veggie... but on bad days, I still stick to it with a nice treat that is still low in points!
